Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have recurrent non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (cancer that hasn't grown into the bladder muscle) that is either high-grade (more aggressive) or low-grade (less aggressive) and has come back after treatment.
  • If your cancer is high-grade, you must have tried BCG treatment and it stopped working, or you couldn't tolerate it, or you have a small high-grade tumor that didn't respond to other therapy.
  • If your cancer is low-grade, it must have come back within a year, or be larger than 3 cm, or have multiple tumors, or have grown slightly into the bladder lining (T1).
  • You are generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0-2) and have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, blood counts).
  • You haven't had certain previous treatments like other adenovirus-based therapies or immune modulators within the past few weeks.
