Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with lymphedema in one or both legs.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are able to understand the study and give your permission.
  • You do not have any serious heart, lung, or kidney problems that make exercise unsafe.
  • You have not had a recent blood clot or infection in your legs.
  • You are not currently on chemotherapy or radiation therapy.
