  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 24.9.
  • You have not had any back, leg, or pelvic injury in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have any current pain, dizziness, or balance problems.
  • You have not been doing core or balance exercises regularly in the last 3 months.
  • You are not pregnant or have given birth in the last 6 months.
