Who can take part
- You are a woman between 40 and 60 years old who has gone through menopause.
- You have had shoulder pain for more than 3 months, and it hurts even when you rest or do daily activities.
- Your shoulder is stiff, with a diagnosis of stage I or II frozen shoulder (also called adhesive capsulitis).
- Your shoulder movement is limited by at least 25% compared to your healthy shoulder in two or more directions (like reaching forward, lifting to the side, or turning your arm).
- You have not had any previous treatment for this frozen shoulder, such as physical therapy, injections, or surgery.
- Your shoulder pain is at least moderately bothersome (a score of 3 or higher on a 0 to 10 pain scale).
