  • You have regular menstrual cycles between 21 and 35 days.
  • You are a poor ovarian responder (due to age, low egg count, or past poor response to IVF).
  • You are undergoing IVF or ICSI treatment.
  • You agree to have all embryos frozen and transferred in a future cycle (no fresh transfer).
  • You do not have conditions like kidney or adrenal problems that prevent using drospirenone.
  • You have had fewer than 5 previous failed IVF attempts.
