Who can take part

  • You must be a healthy adult between 18 and 55 years old (estimated).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18 and 32.
  • You must be in general good health, with no serious medical conditions.
  • You cannot have a history of epilepsy, heart disease, or other major illnesses.
  • You cannot have a history of stomach or intestinal surgery that affects digestion.
  • You cannot have active or latent tuberculosis or a history of cancer (except certain skin cancers).
