  • You are 18 or older
  • You have had a substance use problem (with or without alcohol) in the past 2 years
  • You have tried to quit or cut back on drugs in the past 12 months
  • You are willing to ask a loved one to join the study with you
  • Your loved one is willing to take part and has regular access to a smartphone or device
  • You and your loved one can speak and understand English
