  • You are 18 years or older
  • You had surgery at Nanfang Hospital between 2005 and 2025, and you have a straight line scar from that surgery
  • You came to the plastic surgery department for help with that scar
  • You have not had any medical visits at Nanfang Hospital since January 1, 2025
  • You have clear surgical and medication records available
  • Your scar has not had any treatments like laser, radiation, injections, or another surgery
