Comparing two creams with laser for focal vitiligo
Part of Skin clinical trials.
This trial tests two topical creams (one is a natural amino acid, the other is a chemotherapy-like drug) applied after a laser treatment to see which works better for restoring color in vitiligo patches. It may help if you have focal vitiligo and are otherwise healthy.

This trial tests whether applying a methotrexate lotion after a special laser treatment (fractional CO2 laser) can help repigment vitiligo patches better than the lotion alone. The laser makes tiny holes in the skin so the medicine may absorb more deeply.
This study tests three different skin-grafting techniques (including a laser method) for treating white patches that are not vitiligo. It aims to see which method works best for people whose patches have not improved with standard treatments.
This trial tests a new cream for vitiligo on the face or neck. It aims to see if the cream can help bring color back to white patches.
This trial tests two different triple-combination creams for melasma in women with skin types IV or V. Both creams contain a bleaching agent and a retinoid, but one uses a different steroid. The goal is to see which is safer and works better.
This trial tests whether adding a daily nasal spray (Melanotan II) to light therapy helps restore color in stable vitiligo patches. It may be a good option for adults with mild to moderate nonsegmental vitiligo that hasn't changed in at least 6 months.
This trial tests whether combining hyperbaric oxygen therapy (breathing high-pressure oxygen in a chamber) with a specific type of ultraviolet light can help restore skin color in people with vitiligo. Vitiligo is a condition where patches of skin lose their pigment.
