Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You identify as a gender and/or sexual minority person.
- You live in Dhaka for the next 24 days.
- In the past month, you smoked or vaped, or ate because of stress or emotions, at least 3 days a week.
- You own a personal smartphone (Android or iOS) that you don't share with others.
- You can read and respond to simple text in Bangla.
- You are willing to complete short app-based check-ins five times a day for 24 days and a few extra follow-ups.
- You are not in another study for smoking, vaping, or eating.
- You don't have a severe psychiatric condition that would make daily check-ins unsafe.
