  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been on hemodialysis for at least 3 months.
  • You have dialysis at least twice a week.
  • You can read and understand Turkish.
  • You are able to communicate and give your consent.
  • You have not had major surgery or a severe illness in the last 3 months, and you are not planning a kidney transplant soon.
