  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have been receiving hemodialysis for at least 3 months
  • You can hear, see, and communicate without major problems
  • You own a smartphone or tablet and can use it
  • You do not have a diagnosis of dementia, depression, anxiety, or other psychiatric condition
  • You are not currently taking sleep medications or antipsychotic medications
