Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced melanoma (stage III or IV) that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
- Your tumor has a change in the NRAS gene (confirmed by testing).
- You have not previously been treated with certain immunotherapy drugs (anti-PD-1/PD-L1) or certain targeted therapy drugs (VEGFR TKI).
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 months.
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and thyroid function are within acceptable levels.
