  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are scheduled for liver surgery using small incisions (laparoscopic, robotic, or hybrid).
  • Your liver condition can be benign (non-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous).
  • You are not having emergency or urgent surgery.
  • You are not having a liver transplant.
  • You have not had this type of surgery before January 2021.
