Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have a confirmed H. pylori infection (tested positive).
  • You have never been treated for H. pylori before.
  • You are not allergic to any of the study drugs (keverprazan, amoxicillin, minocycline, bismuth).
  • You do not have severe health conditions like liver or kidney failure, cancer, or serious heart/lung disease.
  • You have not taken certain antibiotics, acid reducers, or herbal medicines recently (within 2-4 weeks).

Comparing treatments for H. pylori infection

This trial tests whether a new type of acid-reducing drug (vonoprazan) works better than a common one (proton pump inhibitor) when combined with vitamin D or probiotics to clear H. pylori, a bacteria that can cause stomach problems.
