Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You can read and understand Turkish well enough to complete the questionnaire.
  • You are willing to give written consent to participate.
  • You do not have a rheumatologic disease (such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, lupus, or psoriatic arthritis).
  • You do not have a physical disability from a neurological or orthopedic condition (like stroke, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, amputation, or recent surgery).
  • You do not have a psychiatric condition that affects thinking (like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, or ADHD).
