- You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease
- You are between 40 and 80 years old
- Your Parkinson's is at Hoehn and Yahr stage I, II, III, or IV
- Your Mini-Mental State Exam (a thinking and memory test) score is above 24
- You do not have another neurological condition (like multiple sclerosis or stroke), hand deformities (like from arthritis), or past arm/hand surgery
