Who can take part
- You are pregnant and between 28 and 32 weeks of gestation
- You have been diagnosed with normal leg swelling (not caused by a medical problem)
- You are between 25 and 35 years old
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 30 and 35, meaning you have a higher weight range
- You do not have high-risk pregnancy conditions like pre-eclampsia, heart disease, gestational diabetes, or other serious health issues
