  • You are between 55 and 80 years old (or 30 to 80 if you have a family history of early-onset Alzheimer's).
  • You have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or mild Alzheimer's disease.
  • You have a study partner who can support you throughout the trial.
  • You are generally healthy aside from your Alzheimer's diagnosis.
  • You have not had a stroke, seizure, or certain heart conditions recently.
  • You have not used certain Alzheimer's treatments or participated in gene therapy trials before.
