  • You are a woman aged 18 or older
  • You have been told you need surgery for endometriosis
  • You are not planning any fertility treatments (like IVF) within 6 months after surgery
  • You do not have chronic pain from another condition or disease
  • You agree not to do any yoga outside of the study program while participating
  • You are covered by a social health insurance scheme
