  • Be a healthy adult
  • Not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
  • Have no allergies to the study materials
  • Not have used tobacco products in the last 6 months
  • Not have taken antibiotics in the last 3 months
  • Not use certain medications or oral care products
  • Have at least half of your natural teeth and no major dental or gum disease
  • Not have chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, or autoimmune diseases
