  • You are between 45 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with multiple system atrophy (MSA), either probable or possible.
  • Your symptoms started within the last 2 years.
  • Your condition has been stable, without sudden changes, for at least 4 weeks.
  • You do not have significant memory or thinking problems.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use effective birth control during the study.
