Who can take part

  • You must be pregnant with one baby (not twins or more) and be at least 32 weeks along.
  • Your pregnancy must be considered high-risk by your doctor.
  • You should not have a diagnosed psychiatric condition and should not be taking psychiatric medication.
  • You should not have a fetal condition that could affect the fetal heart tracing, an acute infection, or an obstetric emergency.
  • You must be between 18 and 45 years old.
