Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have breast cancer that is hormone-receptor positive (HR+) and has spread to the bones.
  • You are currently receiving hormone therapy (with or without other targeted drugs).
  • You have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or have had a fragility fracture (like a broken hip or spine) due to weak bones.
  • You have not been previously treated with bone-strengthening drugs like bisphosphonates (e.g., zoledronic acid) or denosumab for bone disease.
  • Your blood calcium and vitamin D levels are within normal range (or can be corrected with supplements).
