Who can take part

  • You are a postmenopausal woman age 45 or older
  • Your doctor has prescribed romosozumab for FDA-approved osteoporosis use (high fracture risk or other treatments not tolerated)
  • Your postmenopause fits one of these: no natural periods for 36+ months, or 36+ months since hysterectomy (and if under 60, high enough FSH on a blood test)
  • Your kidney health is not severe (no stage 4 chronic kidney disease)
  • You do not have certain blood and health issues: high parathyroid hormone, low vitamin D, major psychiatric illness, or active substance misuse
  • You have not used related osteoporosis medicines recently, and you have never taken romosozumab before
