  • Participants must have a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (any stage).
  • Participants must have previously received immunotherapy targeting alpha-synuclein.
  • Participants must not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or of childbearing potential without using contraception.
  • Participants must not have contraindications to MRI or lumbar puncture.
  • Participants must not have autoimmune disease, active infections (hepatitis B/C, HIV), recent cancer, substance abuse, or unstable psychiatric conditions.
