Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You have a gap between your upper front teeth that is at least 3 mm wide, along with other small gaps between your teeth.
  • You have all your permanent teeth (except wisdom teeth) fully grown in.
  • You have healthy gums with no deep pockets or bone loss.
  • You are motivated to follow the treatment plan and attend appointments.
  • You have not had braces or aligners before.
  • You do not have severe jaw alignment problems, active gum disease, or untreated cavities.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not have health conditions or take medications that affect tooth movement (like bisphosphonates or long-term steroids).
  • You are not a heavy smoker and do not grind your teeth severely.
