Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has progressed or returned after one platinum-based chemotherapy regimen.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You have adequate organ function and a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- You have not had more than one prior line of anticancer therapy for your lung cancer.
