  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with lipedema (based on standard criteria).
  • Your blood magnesium level was checked in the last 6 months.
  • You have not taken magnesium supplements for lipedema in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have other causes of swelling (like lymphedema or heart/kidney-related edema).
  • Your BMI is 50 or lower.
