Who can take part

  • You are pregnant with one baby.
  • Your baby is head-down (cephalic presentation).
  • You are between 37 and 41 weeks pregnant.
  • You are in labor and your cervix is dilated to about 5-7 cm.
  • You do not have any conditions that make vaginal delivery unsafe.
  • You agree to have an ultrasound during labor and possibly a manual rotation of the baby's head.
