Who can take part
- You must be an adult male (born male).
- You must have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 30.0, and weigh at least 50 kg (about 110 lbs).
- If you have prostate cancer, you must have been on stable hormone therapy for at least 3 months.
- You cannot have a history of significant heart, liver, kidney, or other major diseases.
- You cannot have recently used certain medications, including some over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, or herbal supplements.
- You cannot smoke or use tobacco or nicotine products within 6 months before the study.
- If you are sexually active, you must agree to use contraception (condoms or abstinence) and not donate sperm for a period of time after the study.
