- You had surgery or radiation for prostate cancer in the past.
- Your PSA is rising and doubled in less than 12 months.
- Your testosterone level is above 100 ng/dL (normal range).

- You are 18 years or older with good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts).
