Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have breast cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy, and it's at a stage where the tumor is large or has spread to nearby lymph nodes (T2-4N0-3M0-1).
- Your cancer is HER2-negative, meaning it doesn't have a certain protein that some breast cancers have.
- You are in good enough health to undergo imaging tests (ECOG performance status 0-2).
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use contraception during the study and for 30 days after.
- You have not had any systemic treatment (like chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or targeted therapy) for the current breast cancer, and no other cancer besides breast cancer.
