  • You are a woman who is pregnant and planning a cesarean delivery.
  • Your cesarean is scheduled (not an emergency procedure).
  • You will receive spinal anesthesia (numbing medication injected into your back).
  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You understand and can communicate in Turkish.
  • You are willing to provide written consent to participate.
