Who can take part

  • Age 18 to 75 years
  • ECOG performance status 0 or 1
  • Life expectancy of at least 3 months
  • Confirmed esophageal squamous cell carcinoma
  • Progression after prior PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor plus platinum chemotherapy
  • At least one measurable lesion per RECIST 1.1
  • Adequate bone marrow and organ function
  • No recent anti-cancer therapy within 4 weeks
  • Recovery from previous treatment side effects to grade 1 or less
  • No history of serious gastrointestinal or bleeding issues
  • No active brain or spinal cord metastases
  • No severe heart or blood vessel disease
