Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease for at least 3 months.
- Your Crohn's disease is currently active, with a symptom score between 5 and 15 on a standard scale.
- You have signs of inflammation, such as elevated CRP, fecal calprotectin, or inflammation seen on biopsy or endoscopy.
- You are not currently in remission and do not have severe disease requiring immediate hospitalization or surgery.
- You have not taken certain immune-suppressing drugs (biologics, targeted therapies, or systemic immunosuppressants) within the past 4 weeks, except for stable doses of aminosalicylates, budesonide, or low-dose steroids.
