Who can take part

  • You must have a type of bile duct or gallbladder cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
  • Your cancer must have a specific genetic change called a KRAS mutation.
  • You must have received at least one prior chemotherapy (with or without immunotherapy) and your cancer got worse or you couldn't tolerate the treatment.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You need to be in generally good health (able to do light activity) and have adequate organ function.
  • You must agree to provide tumor tissue and blood samples for research and to use birth control if applicable.
