AI Tool to Assess Tumor Response After Pre-Surgery Treatment

Gastric AdenocarcinomaGastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma

Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.

This study is testing an AI tool (DeepTRG) that looks at tissue samples after pre-surgery treatment to see how well the tumor responded. It may help doctors better understand whether the treatment worked.

AI tool to find lymph node spread in gastric cancer

This trial is testing a new artificial intelligence (AI) model to help doctors better identify whether gastric cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes. If you qualify, you may help improve how this cancer is diagnosed and treated, without any extra invasive procedures.

Shijiazhuang, Hebei
NCT07401173Recruiting
Computer tool to predict stomach cancer surgery complications

This trial uses a computer tool (DeepComp) to analyze your CT scan and predict possible complications after stomach cancer surgery. It may help doctors prepare for your recovery.

NCT06035250Recruiting
AI predicts stomach cancer response to chemo before surgery

This study tests whether an AI tool can predict how well stomach cancer responds to chemotherapy before surgery. It uses CT scans and biopsy images taken before treatment starts to see if the AI can help guide future care.

Beijing
NCT07651644Recruiting
AI tool to help doctors read gastric cancer imaging

This study tests whether an AI-assisted tool helps radiologists (doctors who read imaging scans) better interpret CT scans of gastric cancer patients. The research compares how accurately doctors read scans with and without AI help.

Shenyang, Liaoning
NCT07401199Recruiting
AI predicts immunotherapy response in advanced stomach cancer

This trial uses artificial intelligence to analyze CT scans, blood, and tumor tissue to predict how well your cancer will respond to chemotherapy and immunotherapy before surgery. It aims to personalize treatment for locally advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer.

Fuyang, Anhui
NCT07551466Recruiting
AI tool to detect early stomach cancer from endoscopy images

This study tests an artificial intelligence tool that analyzes images taken during stomach endoscopy to help diagnose early-stage stomach cancer or precancerous changes. The goal is to improve how doctors identify and treat these lesions early, when treatment is most effective.
