This trial tests a lab-made immune therapy (CAR-T) that targets a protein called CD70 found on some advanced cancers. It’s designed for people whose solid tumors have spread and no standard treatments have worked or weren’t tolerated.
This trial tests a new kind of cell therapy called CAR-T that targets a protein called BT-001 on solid tumors. It uses repeat infusions and avoids the strong chemotherapy usually given before treatment, which may be easier to tolerate.
This trial is testing a new CAR-T cell therapy given as an injection for people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. CAR-T therapy uses your own immune cells to target and attack cancer cells. It may be an option if you have tried other treatments and they are no longer working.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T) that targets specific proteins (CD73 and AXL) on tumor cells. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this therapy can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
This study tests a new type of immune cell therapy that seeks out and attacks cancer cells. It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have not improved with standard treatments and whose tumors show certain markers.
This Phase 1/2 trial tests a lab-made immune therapy (CAR-T) designed to attack cancers that have a protein called CD70. It may help people whose solid tumor has not responded to standard treatment, but it also requires specific lab confirmation and careful health screening.
