CAR-T treatment for CD70-positive advanced solid tumors

Solid Tumor, Adult

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This Phase 1/2 trial tests a lab-made immune therapy (CAR-T) designed to attack cancers that have a protein called CD70. It may help people whose solid tumor has not responded to standard treatment, but it also requires specific lab confirmation and careful health screening.

Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 75, and you expect to live more than 3 months.
  • Your cancer is an advanced or metastatic solid tumor and has failed standard first treatment (or has no standard option).
  • Your tumor must be CD70-positive, with enough CD70 protein level (at least 30% on testing).
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked on scans.
  • You can provide a fresh or stored tumor tissue sample (from the last 6 months) and agree to possible repeat biopsy.
  • Your blood counts and organ tests (liver, kidneys, etc.) must be strong enough for treatment, and you must have a good enough energy level (ECOG 0–2).

CAR-T cell therapy for advanced NKG2DL-positive solid tumors

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (NKG2D CAR-T cells) for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. It aims to see if these specially engineered cells can shrink tumors or slow their growth.

CAR-T cell therapy for advanced solid tumors with CD73 or AXL

This trial tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy designed to target two proteins, CD73 and AXL, found on cancer cells. It is for people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors (like bile duct, pancreatic, lung, breast, head and neck, or gynecologic cancers) who have not responded to standard treatment or have no standard first-line therapy available.

CAR-T therapy study for advanced blood and solid cancers

This trial tests a new CAR-T therapy designed to target specific proteins on cancer cells. It may be an option for people with advanced blood cancers (like multiple myeloma or lymphoma) or solid tumors (like small cell lung cancer) that have not responded to other treatments.

CAR T-cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new CAR T-cell therapy made from your own immune cells to treat advanced cancers that have not responded to other treatments. It may be an option if your tumor has a specific target and you are otherwise healthy enough.
