NCT01587300Recruiting
Study of high-risk neuroblastoma biology using tumor and blood samples

This study looks at how high-risk neuroblastoma grows and behaves by collecting samples from your child and checking disease markers. It may help researchers understand what biology is driving the cancer and guide future treatments.

NCT05192980Recruiting
Register people with certain neuroblastic tumors in an international study

This study creates an international registry linked to a virtual biobank, so researchers can collect and share information and biological samples for patients with specific peripheral neuroblastic tumors. It may help future research and care planning by improving what scientists know about these conditions.

NCT05890781Recruiting
Study pediatric cancer using lab-made immune organoids

This trial uses special lab models (“immune organoids”) to study certain cancers in children and young people. It may help researchers learn what those cancers do and improve future treatment ideas.

Blood Tests to Track Neuroblastoma During Treatment

This study collects blood samples from neuroblastoma patients to test for tiny pieces of tumor DNA that can show how well treatment is working. By tracking these markers over time, doctors hope to better predict how patients will respond and improve care.

NCT02559778Recruiting· Phase 2
Personalized treatment for high-risk neuroblastoma

This trial tests a personalized treatment plan for children with high-risk neuroblastoma, a type of nerve tissue cancer. It aims to improve outcomes by tailoring therapy based on each child's tumor characteristics and response to prior treatment.

NCT03126916Recruiting· Phase 3
Testing added therapy for high-risk neuroblastoma in children

This Phase 3 study tests whether adding either a targeted drug (lorlatinib) or a radioactive treatment (131I-MIBG) to intensive chemotherapy improves outcomes for children with high-risk neuroblastoma. It may help by aiming at tumor cells more directly alongside standard treatment.
