Olanzapine to prevent appetite and weight loss during cancer chemotherapy
This study tests whether olanzapine, a medication that can increase appetite, helps prevent severe appetite loss and muscle wasting in patients with ovarian or stomach cancer who are receiving chemotherapy before surgery.
