Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have ovarian or stomach cancer that requires chemotherapy followed by surgery
- You can swallow and take medications by mouth
- You are in good enough health to handle treatment (ECOG status 0–2, meaning you can do most daily activities)
- You have not taken olanzapine regularly in the past (more than 4 days)
- You are not currently taking other antipsychotic or antidepressant medications
