Osimertinib plus early brain radiation versus osimertinib alone
This trial tests whether starting focused radiation to brain spots early (called SRS) along with osimertinib works better than taking osimertinib alone. It is for people with lung cancer that has an EGFR mutation and has not yet caused major brain symptoms.

LMV-12 plus Osimertinib for advanced lung cancer
This trial tests a new drug called LMV-12 combined with osimertinib for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has certain genetic changes (MET amplification or RET fusion) and has stopped responding to standard EGFR inhibitor treatments.
