Who can take part

  • You must have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed with surgery and has come back after prior treatment with an EGFR inhibitor (like erlotinib, gefitinib, or osimertinib).
  • Your tumor must have either a MET amplification or a RET fusion, confirmed by a biopsy or blood test.
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have adequate blood counts (neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin) and acceptable liver and kidney function.
  • If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test within 7 days before starting treatment and use effective birth control during and for 3 months after treatment.
