This trial tests a new drug combination for people with advanced stomach cancer that has not been treated before. It looks at two groups: one with PD-L1 (a protein that helps decide if immunotherapy works), and one without. The treatment includes an antibody-drug conjugate (Sonesitatug Vedotin) plus standard chemotherapy, with or without an immunotherapy drug.
