Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your cancer must be HER2-positive and have spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
- You must have already received at least one prior treatment for advanced cancer, and your cancer has progressed (grown) despite that treatment.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You must be in good enough physical condition to be up and active (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You cannot have untreated or worsening brain metastases or a history of certain heart or lung problems.
