This trial compares two ways to manage inflammation after corneal crosslinking for keratoconus: a tiny steroid insert placed in the tear duct versus standard steroid eye drops. It aims to see which option is easier and works just as well.

Corneal strengthening treatment for thinning eye shape
This Phase 2 study tests how safe and well a corneal cross-linking device (called PXL-Platinum 330) works for people with corneal ectasia (a thinning/steepening of the cornea). If you qualify, the goal is to help stop or slow further worsening of your cornea shape and improve eye stability.
