This Phase 3 trial tests different ways to deliver chemotherapy for colon cancer that has spread only to the liver (with limited possible tiny lung spots). It looks at whether the treatment plan improves outcomes compared with another chemotherapy approach, using oxaliplatin and LV5FU2 (with or without irinotecan) plus an added targeted medicine.
