Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older
- You have advanced cancer in solid organs that has been confirmed by biopsy and is still growing
- Your cancer has either not responded to standard treatment, or you couldn’t tolerate it, and you’ve had (or can’t use) standard care
- You need measurable tumors on scans (per RECIST 1.1) and may need documented progression if you previously had an immune checkpoint drug
- Your general function must be good (ECOG 0 or 1), and you must have enough expected time to complete treatment (12+ or 24+ weeks depending on the study part)
